Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder (CTO) role based in the Greater Delhi Area, specifically intended for individuals who have previously founded a startup. The Co-Founder (CTO) will lead the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of AI-driven investment and commercial tools, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and scalable platforms. Daily responsibilities include defining the technology roadmap, writing and reviewing code, supervising engineering standards, and integrating AI solutions with product and business requirements. The role involves close collaboration with other co-founders on strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market planning, as well as building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. The Co-Founder (CTO) is expected to be hands-on, setting technical best practices, ensuring security and reliability, and contributing to key decisions on product features and partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including data-driven decision-making, model evaluation, and problem-solving for complex technical and business challenges.
Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and represent the company with investors and partners.
Sales and marketing acumen to support product positioning, translate technology into value propositions, and participate in strategic discussions with clients and stakeholders.
Research capabilities to explore emerging AI and investment technologies, validate new product ideas, and continuously improve models and systems.
Proven experience as a second-time founder or core startup leader, with a track record of building and scaling technology products.
Advanced proficiency in AI/ML technologies, data engineering, and modern cloud infrastructure (e.g., Python, ML frameworks, distributed systems, and DevOps practices).
Ability to recruit, mentor, and lead engineering teams, establish technical processes, and maintain high standards of code quality and security.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in fintech, investment platforms, or data-intensive SaaS products is highly beneficial.
