Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records. This full-time, on-site role in Ghaziabad will support recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire orientation. The specialist will help implement HR policies, administer employee benefits, and assist in performance management processes. The role includes handling employee queries, supporting conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with management to improve employee engagement, support training initiatives, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR Management and Personnel Management.
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy in documentation, and attention to detail.
Proficiency with HR software tools and MS Office applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in a travel, tourism, or service-oriented environment is an advantage.
