About the Role
We're looking for a reliable part-time telecalling executive to handle outbound customer service calls for our pan-India customer base. This is a short-call, follow-up-focused role; the full process will be covered during training.
What You'll Do
Make short outbound calls to existing customers as per daily call list, across North and South India
Confirm and update order-related information
Maintain a daily log of calls and outcomes in Excel/Google Sheets
Report daily/weekly summaries to the manager
Work with basic order-tracking tools (Shopify experience is a plus but not required)
Who We're Looking For
Fluent in both Hindi/Hinglish and English — comfortable switching based on customer location
Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to fixed daily hours
Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred but not mandatory; training provided
