Role Description The Project Engineer will manage and execute engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring that technical requirements, timelines, and budgets are met.
This full-time hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site work for project coordination, site visits, and stakeholder meetings, and some work-from-home flexibility for documentation, planning, and reporting.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project plans, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, reviewing drawings and technical specifications, and monitoring progress against milestones.
The Project Engineer will support electrical and related engineering activities, assist in resolving technical issues on site, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
The role also involves regular communication with clients, preparing status reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of project execution processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
Candidates should possess Project Engineering skills to translate technical requirements into practical solutions and support execution on site.
Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge to review designs, understand installations, and support troubleshooting.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in basic engineering software, MS Office, and documentation tools; familiarity with CAD or similar tools is an advantage.
