Responsibilities
Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues (latency, packet loss, downtime).
Configure alerts and notifications for system anomalies.
Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify trends and potential issues.
Ensure network uptime and service availability (24/7 monitoring in NOC environments).
Work with IT teams to resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Generate reports on network performance and incidents.
Maintain documentation of network configurations and monitoring processes.
Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards.
Expertise in Network Monitoring tools.
Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).

Basic understanding of: Wireshark (packet analysis).
