📢 HIRING | ORM EXECUTIVE
📍 Dehradun, Uttarakhand | 2–3 Years
Hiring an ORM Executive for a large-scale Public Sector Digital Communications Project.
• Monitor comments, mentions, conversations and sentiment across social platforms.
• Handle citizen queries, complaints and online conversations professionally.
• Identify misinformation, sensitive issues and reputational risks; escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate with Content, Social Media, PR and Trend & Analysis teams.
• Maintain ORM trackers and daily reports.
• Support real-time ORM during campaigns, announcements and events.
Requirements: Hindi & English proficiency; strong social listening and judgement. Garhwali/Kumaoni knowledge and public-sector, political, public-affairs or digital communications experience preferred.
