📍 Dehradun, Uttarakhand | 6–10 Years Experience | On-site
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager / Team Lead to lead a large-scale Public Sector Digital Communications Project in Uttarakhand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, timelines, deliverables and quality.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across content, creative, social media, video, amplification, ORM, analytics and technology.
Coordinate client and internal teams and translate briefs into clear tasks and deliverables.
Manage multiple campaigns, approvals, dependencies, risks and bottlenecks.
Lead client meetings, presentations, reviews and project reporting.
Ensure timely, accurate and citizen-focused communication.
Manage real-time and high-pressure communication requirements.
Track team performance, delivery and campaign progress.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in project management, integrated communications, PR, digital campaigns or public affairs.
Master’s degree is mandatory for the Team Lead role.
Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple workstreams.
Strong stakeholder, client-management and leadership skills.
Good understanding of digital/social media and creative production workflows.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Understanding of Uttarakhand’s local context is an advantage.
Experience in public sector, political campaigns, public affairs, social-impact or large-scale communications preferred.
