Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring timely communication with candidates, and assisting in onboarding processes. The Assistant Recruiter will help manage recruitment reports, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure adherence to company policies and hiring standards.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR databases.
Ability to organize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within HR and operational teams.
Comfort working in an on-site environment in Hyderabad and interacting with centre and corporate staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
Interest in the education or childcare sector and alignment with KLAY’s child-first values and mission.
