Manager - Internal Audit

10-14 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.
The incumbent will be responsible for conducting operational audits with a strong focus on identifying process improvement opportunities and enhancing operational efficiency across Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and related functions.
Hands-on working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
Hands-on experience in driving the digitalization and automation of tasks and processes.
Major responsibilities:
This is a self-contributor role.
Drive a culture of process discipline and continuous improvement.
Benchmark industry best practices in manufacturing, procurement, and quality management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, procurement practices, inventory controls, and supply chain operations.
Proven experience in process improvement areas. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across business functions.
Strengthen procurement controls and improve supply chain efficiencies.
Assess effectiveness of quality management systems
Conduct process reviews to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and control gaps.
Recommend process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions
Hands-on working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in driving the digitalization and automation of tasks and processes.
Experience in business process reviews will be preferred.
