Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions within the Infor XA environment.
Participate in requirement gathering and solution design discussions.
Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400-based applications using RPG, CL, DB2, and SQL.
Design and support integrations using Infor XA IDF and System Link.
Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and project teams.
Handle production support activities, including debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving job failures (MSGW).
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint activities.
Use JIRA for task tracking and project coordination.
Adhere to SDLC processes, coding standards, and documentation requirements.
Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
