Embedded Hardware Engineer – PCB Design & Firmware

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Embedded Hardware Engineer who can take ownership of electronics development - from circuit design and PCB layout to firmware development, board bring-up and product testing.
Key Responsibilities
* Design analog and digital electronic circuits.
* Create schematics and multilayer PCB layouts.
* Develop embedded firmware using C/C++ for STM32 and ESP32.
* Select components and prepare BOMs for production.
* Integrate sensors such as force, pressure, load cells, IMUs, encoders and proximity sensors.
* Control actuators including motors, servos, solenoids and haptic devices.
* Implement UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, BLE and Wi-Fi communication.
* Perform PCB bring-up, soldering, debugging and hardware validation.
* Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analysers and other laboratory equipment.
* Resolve power-supply, signal-noise, EMI/EMC and reliability issues.
* Coordinate with mechanical, software and manufacturing teams.
* Maintain schematics, PCB files, firmware and technical documentation.
Required Skills
* 2-6 years of experience in embedded systems or electronics product development.
* Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
* Hands-on experience with STM32, ESP32 or ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
* Proficiency in Embedded C/C++, bare-metal programming and RTOS.
* Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout using KiCad, Altium Designer, Eagle or similar tools.
* Understanding of power supplies, battery systems, signal conditioning and motor-driver circuits.
* Experience taking products from prototype through testing and production.
* Strong hardware-debugging and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with medical devices, simulation equipment, robotics or IoT products.
* Knowledge of DFM, DFT, EMI/EMC and PCB manufacturing processes.
* Experience with BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT and device-to-application communication.
* Familiarity with 3D-printed prototypes and electromechanical assemblies.
