Company Description THERAKids – Child Development Center in Noida is a leading pediatric facility focused on comprehensive support and rehabilitation for children with developmental challenges. The center’s mission is to help every child reach their full potential through individualized, evidence-based intervention. A multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals provides services such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Special Education, Speech Therapy, Behavior Modification, and Social Group Therapy under one roof. THERAKids specializes in assessment and treatment for a wide range of developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, and various sensory and motor issues. Through personalized treatment plans and close collaboration with families, the center promotes holistic growth, resilience, and meaningful progress for each child.
Location: Greater Noida
Preference: Experience in Clinical setup only
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Physiotherapist role based at THERAKids – Child Development Center in Noida. The Pediatric Physiotherapist will assess children with diverse developmental and neuro-motor conditions, design individualized physiotherapy plans, and deliver hands-on intervention focused on improving gross motor skills, posture, strength, balance, and functional mobility. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments, documenting progress, updating treatment plans, and collaborating closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, and behavior therapists to ensure integrated care. The role also involves educating parents and caregivers on home exercise programs, positioning, and safe mobility, while participating in team meetings, case discussions, and family counseling as needed. The Pediatric Physiotherapist is expected to maintain high clinical standards, follow ethical guidelines, and contribute to a supportive, child-centered environment.
Qualifications
Recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, preferably with specialization or significant experience in pediatrics.
Strong skills in pediatric assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and other developmental and motor disorders.
Knowledge of sensory processing, gross and fine motor development, postural control, and evidence-based pediatric physiotherapy techniques.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating effectively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, and behavior therapists.
Excellent communication and counseling skills for engaging children and guiding families, including the ability to explain treatment plans and home programs clearly.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and child-centered approach, with strong observational skills and attention to safety and ethical practice.
Experience with clinical documentation, progress reporting, and use of standardized assessment tools in pediatric practice.
Prior work in a child development center setup is an advantage; relevant certifications in pediatric or neurodevelopmental physiotherapy are a plus.
