Role Description
This is a full time on-site role as a Desktop Support Engineer at Intopz Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical assistance and support for desktop systems, hardware, and software issues.
Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop systems, hardware, software and MS office 365
Laptop & Windows OS support, hardware troubleshooting, license, and security management
Email provisioning, issue triaging, and policy compliance, Office 365 suite support (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), MFA rollout
Printer installation & support, AMC renewals for all hardware/software
Vendor management (Invoice/Bills)for hardware/software.
Internet, wireless, firewall maintenance and access issues
Procurement support for laptops, monitors, peripherals, and networking gear
Centralised asset management via Smartopz, vendor coordination, warranty/license renewals
Backup & disaster recovery for critical data and mail systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
