Role Description The Project Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of education-focused projects. In this role, the Project Head oversees project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure that deliverables are met according to agreed quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing project documentation, tracking progress against milestones, and resolving operational challenges. The Project Head will conduct regular reviews, prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations. This role also involves guiding project staff, facilitating effective communication among all participants, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and impact enhancement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build collaborative relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and make data-informed decisions.
Experience in the education sector or social impact projects is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Proficiency with common office productivity tools and basic project management software.
Ability to work on-site in Raipur and travel locally as needed for project activities.
