We're Hiring: Hub Manager – Bangalore
📍 Location: Huskur Road - Electronic City, Bangalore

We're looking for a Hub Manager to run complete operations at our Bangalore hub.
What you'll own:
📦 End-to-end P&L and business operations for the Bangalore zone
🏢 Hub operations at Electronic City (Bangalore) — throughput, compliance, and efficiency
📈 Business expansion strategy — Channel Partner network growth, volume acquisition, and market penetration
👥 Leadership of business and hub operations team — hiring, motivation, performance management
🤝 Direct coordination with Head Office for daily reporting, escalations, and strategic direction
What we're looking for:
✔ 15+ years in the logistics/courier/freight industry, with hands-on hub operations experience
✔ Track record of running a distribution hub end-to-end, not just a function within one
✔ Strong grip on operational compliance — statutory, safety, and process
✔ Fluency in English and Hindi; working knowledge of Tamil and Kannada is a strong advantage
✔ Proven ability to lead and motivate operations teams on the ground
✔ Comfortable owning daily MIS/reporting cadence to senior management
Reports to: AGM – Operations
