We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 and Security Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and configuring Microsoft 365 applications and security features for enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory, Windows Servers, On-Premises Exchange, and mailbox migrations, with the ability to lead architecture and design sessions for complex customer requirements.
This is a senior-level position requiring exceptional technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications: Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, AD/Entra Connect, and Azure AD.
Advanced knowledge of: On-Premises Exchange, mailbox migrations, and hybrid configurations.
Microsoft 365 security features: Conditional Access, DLP, AIP, MFA, and compliance tools.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Working knowledge/Hand-On experience in Virtual desktop (AVD, Citrix) technology will be a plus
Architecture-level expertise in Active Directory (2016 and above), including: o Group policies, user provisioning, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Azure RBAC, and B2C. o Automation using PowerShell and Azure SSO federation configurations.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and their configurations for optimal performance.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 architecture, Active Directory, Windows Servers, and On-Premises Exchange.
Proven track record of designing and implementing solutions for enterprise-scale environments. Soft Skills

Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
Microsoft 365 Certifications in Exchange Online, Teams, or SharePoint.
