Company Description: Aryakalpa is a holistic healthcare clinic integrating traditional Ayurvedic care with modern physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist (BPT) position located in Payyoli, Kozhikode, Kerala (India). The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical function, mobility, and pain levels, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, guiding patients through exercise programs, and monitoring progress toward rehabilitation goals. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, educating patients and families on home exercise and prevention strategies, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. The Physiotherapist will also participate in case discussions and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment aligned with Aryakalpa's mission and values.
Qualifications
Professional physiotherapy qualifications, including a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from an accredited institution.
Clinical competencies in patient assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and pain management, with the ability to tailor interventions to diverse needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including clear documentation and patient education abilities.
Organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and meet clinical and regulatory requirements.
Willingness to work in a holistic treatment environment on-site and physical stamina for direct patient care (e.g., assisting with mobility and therapeutic activities) while following safety protocols.
