About Pavilog
Pavilog is building education solutions for coaching institutes, EdTech companies, publishers and other education organizations.
We are currently developing a JEE Main Assessment & Practice Program that will provide coaching institutes with additional high-quality practice, chapter tests, mock examinations, question banks and detailed solutions for their students.
We are looking for strong academic students who can help us create and review high-quality JEE Main assessment content.
What You Will Work On
As a JEE Academic Content Development Intern, you will work with our academic team to:
Create original JEE Main-level questions
Develop Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics questions
Prepare chapter-wise and topic-wise practice questions
Create full-length JEE Main mock tests
Prepare answer keys and detailed solutions
Classify questions by chapter, topic and difficulty
Analyze previous-year JEE questions to understand exam patterns
Maintain appropriate difficulty and subject balance across test papers
Review questions created by other team members
Identify incorrect, ambiguous, out-of-syllabus or poor-quality questions
Help improve Pavilog's question-writing and academic quality standards
What We Are Looking For
We especially prefer candidates with the following profile:
Preferred academic profile:
Strong performance in JEE Main/JEE Advanced or equivalent competitive examinations
Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc., M.Sc. or a related degree
Strong knowledge of Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics
Genuine interest in teaching, question creation, academic content or educational technology
Strong problem-solving ability
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to explain solutions clearly
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strongly preferred
Candidates who:
Have qualified JEE Main/Advanced with a strong score/rank
Have studied in a strong JEE preparation environment
Have experience tutoring students
Have created academic questions, worksheets or tests before
Participate in academic/technical communities or competitions
JEE qualification is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates strong subject knowledge.

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short subject-specific assessment and sample question-writing task.
The assessment may include:
Solving JEE-level questions
Creating original questions
Writing a detailed solution
Identifying errors in sample questions
Evaluating the difficulty and quality of questions
