Founder's Office Intern
Stipend: ₹50,000 per month
PPO: ₹12 LPA

We're looking for an exceptional Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the CEO at Kplor.
This is not a typical internship. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and growth, helping solve some of the most important challenges of an early-stage startup.

About the Role
As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work directly with the CEO and gain exposure to how an early-stage startup is built and scaled.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the CEO with daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Identifying inefficiencies and helping streamline internal operations.
Acting as a liaison between our Technology & Growth teams.
Breaking down complex business challenges into clear, actionable tech problems.
Conducting research & developing structured recommendations.
Creating strategic partnership decks / high-impact business assets.
Taking ownership of ambiguous problems & driving them towards solutions.
