Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Benefits.
Strong knowledge of Workday application configuration and customization techniques.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within Workday environments.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Familiarity with integration methods and tools used in Workday implementations.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday compensation and benefits modules.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
