Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and operate seamlessly within existing systems. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions remain relevant and efficient.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards related to SAP environments.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to support organizational governance and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP GRC.
Familiarity with integration of SAP GRC with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP GRC applications to maintain system integrity and performance.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
