Support Capital Markets operations and transformation initiatives across Trade Lifecycle Management, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Securities Operations, Custody Services, Reference Data Management, and Regulatory Reporting. Drive process excellence, operational governance, workforce mobilization, transition management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, risk
Manage end-to-end Capital Markets operations including trade capture, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, custody operations, securities lending, reference data management, and regulatory reporting. Support transition and mobilization activities through knowledge transfer, process documentation, governance reporting, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and operational readiness planni
Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking operations.
Experience in PMO Mobilization and Transition Management.
Knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Settlements, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, Custody, and Asset Servicing processes.
Experience in governance, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and operational reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, operational controls, and organizational policies.
Coordinate with global delivery teams to support seamless service delivery and program execution.
Support business growth, operational stability, and client satisfaction objectives across Capital Markets engagements.
