As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and aligns technical outcomes with broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
Strong knowledge of data integration processes and ETL workflows.
Experience in validating data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across data warehouses.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools relevant to ETL testing.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot data-related issues effectively.
Understanding of database concepts, SQL querying, and performance tuning.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
