Summary:
As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process to guarantee that data is transferred accurately and completely to the new system. This role requires coordinating multiple teams, establishing clear migration strategies and controls, and proactively managing any risks that may arise. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless and dependable transition, while monitoring progress and addressing challenges promptly to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
Experience with API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of data transformation and mapping techniques.
Ability to design and implement scalable data migration solutions.
Familiarity with error handling and exception management within integration flows.
Understanding of cloud-based integration and deployment models.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
