Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Gurugram. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions across rehabilitation and homecare-related services. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments as per protocols, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating with physicians, therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. The role involves educating patients and families on care plans, recovery processes, and homecare instructions, while ensuring adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards. The nurse will participate in case discussions, support discharge planning, and contribute to a patient-centered, empathetic care environment.
Qualifications
Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings, with exposure to neurological, orthopedic, or geriatric patients.
Strong documentation, record-keeping, and basic computer skills for electronic medical records.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and respond calmly in high-pressure or emergency situations.
Knowledge of infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and clinical quality standards.
Recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent) and valid nursing registration with the relevant council.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by patient care needs.
Compassionate, ethical approach to patient care, with a strong commitment to dignity, respect, and confidentiality.
Prior experience in homecare, assisted living, or rehabilitation services is an advantage.
