Role Overview
Seeking experienced professionals with expertise in FircoSoft to support enterprise product implementation and platform support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support FircoSoft solutions.
Perform enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Participate in testing and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot platform-related issues.
Required Skills
5-15 years of IT experience.
Strong experience with FircoSoft.
Product implementation and support experience.
