Job Description:
This role supports our client's global Learning & Development team by administering and maintaining LMS platforms, including Learnshare (internal) and Oracle Learning Cloud (new implementation). The LMS Specialist will troubleshoot user issues, deploy eLearning content, manage training records, and partner with Instructional Designers and SMEs to support enterprise-wide training initiatives.
The position is both tactical and strategic—supporting day-to-day operations while also contributing to the rollout and optimization of a new LMS platform.
Must Have:
• 4–6+ years of LMS administration / support experience (3+ if very strong)
• Experience troubleshooting LMS issues (tickets, user access, content issues)
• Experience deploying and testing eLearning modules
• Experience working with Instructional Designers and SMEs
• Strong problem-solving skills + ability to work independently in a technical environment
Plusses:
• LMS implementation or migration experience (Oracle Learning Cloud preferred)
• Experience in regulated environments
• Exposure to proprietary LMS systems
• Proactive mindset with strong learning agility
Comparable Companies / Backgrounds:
• Financial institutions (banks, capital markets, insurance)
• Highly regulated industries with strong compliance requirements
• Organizations with strict audit, certification, or regulatory training environments
• Enterprise companies where training is tied to legal, risk, or compliance standards
Ideally coming from financial services or a similarly regulated environment where training and compliance are critical.
Day to Day:
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and support high-volume ticket queue (~110/day across team)
• Deploy, test, and launch eLearning modules
• Manage and report on training records and completion data
• Partner with Instructional Designers and SMEs on training needs
• Support LMS implementations, upgrades, and system changes
• Identify and resolve user issues (browser, system, playback, access)

• Fully remote role based in India
• Supporting global teams across India, China, Taiwan, and Japan
