Role Description The Facility Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations and ensuring that all building systems and equipment function safely and efficiently. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves monitoring facility infrastructure, coordinating maintenance activities, and responding to technical issues in a timely manner. The role includes planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising repairs, and optimizing energy and resource usage. The Facility Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, maintain documentation and compliance records, and support continuous improvement initiatives for facility management. The position requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Facilities Engineering and Facility Management (FM), with experience in managing building systems and infrastructure.
Candidates should possess skills in Facilities Operations, including day-to-day coordination of facility services, vendor management, and compliance with safety standards.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance, with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective maintenance plans.
Relevant technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering is preferred.
Knowledge of building safety regulations, HVAC, electrical systems, and utility management will be beneficial.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lucknow.
Experience in using CMMS or other maintenance management software is an advantage.
