Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive role based in Chittorgarh. The Collection Executive will be responsible for following up with customers on overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collection of installments while maintaining positive customer relationships. The role includes verifying customer account details, updating collection records in internal systems, and coordinating with branch staff and the finance team to resolve discrepancies. The Collection Executive will monitor portfolio performance, identify high-risk accounts, and escalate issues as needed in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The position requires adherence to ethical collection practices and clear documentation of all interactions and outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Credit Control skills to manage overdue accounts and repayment plans effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to assess repayment capacity, identify risks, and interpret collection data.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand loan products, interest calculations, and account statements.
Relevant experience in collections, microfinance, or retail lending, preferably in rural or semi-rural markets.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel locally as needed, and meet collection targets within defined timelines.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation; familiarity with financial software is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; coursework in finance, commerce, or business is preferred.
Commitment to ethical practices, customer-centric approach, and compliance with RBI and company guidelines.
