IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon is an Aerial Robotics , drone and components manufacturing company (www.iotechworld.com) and is seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Embedded Design Engineer or Lead to join our highly dynamic team in building next-generation AI/ML based Drone solutions in India for the world.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Design Engineer/Lead with solid experience in Linux Device Drivers (LDD), RTOS-based development, Microcontroller programming using Embedded C/C++. The ideal candidate will be part of dynamic embedded firmware design and development team working for real-time systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop embedded firmware for ARM-based platforms, STM, IMX, Nvidia, etc.
Develop and maintain Linux Kernel modules and Device Drivers for peripherals,
Work with various RTOS platforms (e.g., FreeRTOS, ChibiOS, VxWorks), ROS, etc.
Collaborate with hardware design teams for PCB board bring-up and debugging.
Good knowledge on peripheral Interface protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, etc.
Prior experience while working on RF communication is preferred
CMOS Image Sensor Interface using CSI2 on Nvidia processor for AI/ML,
Perform low-level debugging using JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes.
Optimize system performance, memory usage, and power consumption.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.
Required Skills
● Strong Embedded C/C++ programming skills with embedded systems.
● 5+ years of experience in Linux Device Driver development.
● Proficiency in at least one RTOS, ROS and Nvidia processor,
● Solid understanding of various peripherals and microcontroller systems.
● Experience with Yocto, Buildroot, or custom BSP development.
● Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, CSI2).
● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good presentation and documentation skill sets
Good Team player
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
● Exposure to ARM Cortex-A/M series processors.
● Prior work with automotive, IoT, or medical-grade firmware is a plus.
● B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication,
Salary: Best in Industry and not a constraint for good candidate. ESOPs for deserving candidates.
