Associate Manager / Sr. Analyst - Business Finance

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Lead monthly pre-close activities, including preclose postings and reports, journal review, preliminary comments and closing communications.
Maintain budget master data and controls, including CC/IO stewardship, budget adjustments, journal adjustments, distribution cycles and brand coding.
Prepare and analyze recurring sales, marketing, cost and headcount reports; provide LT analysis and respond to ad hoc Sales/RMM questions.
Support team and work closely with functions to process budget cycles, Phasing
Facilitate budget assumption validation to support a robust plan
Coordinate alliance finance activities, including inventory movement reporting, transfer price, CSO calculation and rebate settlement, sales reporting and transition cost review.
Prepare recurring alliance governance materials and participate in routine alliance meetings as required.
Support monthly CSOP forecasting, topline review, KPI tracking and finance input for business decisions, launch readiness and resource optimization.
