About the Role
At WAHE, we believe jewellery is not just something you wear.
It is something that becomes part of your style, your personality and your story.
We are looking for a Stylist who understands fashion, has a great sense of style and genuinely enjoys helping people look and feel their best.
Your role will be to understand our customers, their personal style, their occasion and what they are looking for, and then help them discover the right jewellery.
This is not a hard-selling role.
It is about listening, understanding, suggesting and styling.
What Will You Do?
• Welcome and engage with customers visiting the WAHE store
• Understand the customer’s personal style, preferences, occasion and requirements
• Suggest jewellery that complements their personality, outfit and overall look
• Help customers discover new styles and combinations they may not have considered
• Create complete jewellery looks for different occasions
• Help customers style rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and other pieces together
• Understand current fashion and jewellery trends and bring those insights into customer conversations
• Explain jewellery designs, materials and features in a simple and engaging way
• Build genuine relationships with customers rather than simply focusing on a sale
• Assist customers with customisation and design selections when required
• Follow up with customers and help them make confident purchase decisions
• Maintain a beautiful and welcoming store experience
• Work closely with the store and brand teams to continuously improve the customer experience
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is well presented, confident, warm and naturally stylish.
Someone who:
• Has a strong interest in fashion, styling and personal aesthetics
• Has a good eye for what works together
• Understands how accessories can change an overall look
• Communicates confidently and naturally
• Is comfortable meeting and talking to different kinds of people
• Has a warm and approachable personality
• Is curious and enjoys learning about jewellery and fashion
• Can make customers feel comfortable and understood
• Has good attention to detail
• Takes initiative and ownership
• Is comfortable working in a premium retail environment
Jewellery Knowledge Is a Plus
You don’t need to be a jewellery expert to apply.
Knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, gemstones or luxury retail is an advantage, but not mandatory.
We can teach you the product.
What is much harder to teach is personality, taste, curiosity and the ability to understand people.

• Candidates with experience in fashion, styling, retail, hospitality, luxury or customer experience
• Candidates with a strong interest in fashion and jewellery
