This is a hands-on, work-from-office role in Gurgaon.
We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to build brands, create content, understand social media and make things happen.
If you’re looking for a conventional 9-to-5 social media job where you simply execute a given content calendar, this role is probably not for you.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can make people stop scrolling.
Someone who sees a jewellery piece and thinks:
“There’s a story here.”
Someone who sees a trend and thinks:
“How can WAHE own this?”
Someone who can turn an ordinary idea into something people want to talk about.
As our Chief Attention Officer, you will be responsible for building WAHE’s presence across social media and making the brand impossible to ignore.
This is not just a social media role.
It is a brand, content, creativity and attention role.
What Will You Do?
• Develop ideas that make people stop scrolling
• Build and execute WAHE’s social media presence
• Create content that is interesting, relevant and shareable
• Conceptualise reels, posts, campaigns and digital stories
• Think of new ways to showcase our jewellery and our brand
• Identify trends and find smart ways to make them relevant to WAHE
• Plan and coordinate shoots, creators, photographers and other creative partners
• Work on influencer and creator collaborations
• Write or guide compelling captions, hooks and content
• Build WAHE’s visual identity and consistency across social platforms
• Study what is working for great brands and bring those learnings to WAHE
• Track content performance and understand what gets attention and what doesn’t
• Experiment, test new formats and continuously improve
• Work closely with the founders and take ideas from concept → execution → results
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is creative, sharp, confident and extremely curious.
Someone who:
• Has great taste and a strong understanding of what looks good
• Understands social media beyond simply posting content
• Has an instinct for what will catch people’s attention
• Is naturally curious about culture, trends, brands and people
• Communicates exceptionally well
• Is confident enough to pitch bold ideas
• Is comfortable being on camera or working with people who are
• Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions
• Can execute, not just brainstorm
• Has a strong sense of ownership
• Is constantly asking: “How can we make this better?”
Most Importantly
We don’t want someone who says:
“Tell me what to post.”
We want someone who says:
“I have an idea.”
We don’t want someone who only follows trends.
We want someone who can create them.
And we don’t want someone who measures success only by likes.
We want someone who understands attention, relevance, brand and business.

You don’t need years of experience to apply.

• Candidates with experience in social media, content, marketing or branding
• Creators who have built something of their own
• Candidates with a strong personal social media presence or portfolio
