Industrial Trainee - Finance

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.
Prepare account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting.
Assist during internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
Support process improvement and finance automation initiatives.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Eligibility:
Pursuing the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
Strong academic record with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of accounting, finance, and financial statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
