Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Architect role is based in Bengaluru. The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end architecture for complex systems and solutions, from conceptualization through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing architectural blueprints, guiding software development and integration approaches, and collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure cohesive delivery. The role involves providing technical leadership, setting architectural guidelines, overseeing project execution, and conducting design reviews and risk assessments. The Senior Architect will also mentor team members, contribute to best practices, and support continuous improvement across projects.
Qualifications
Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience defining scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Hands-on experience in Software Development, including modern frameworks, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Expertise in Integration, such as APIs, microservices, and interoperability between heterogeneous systems.
Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and mentoring engineers or junior architects.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and performance, security, and reliability considerations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
