Key Responsibilities for SAP Consultants
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Configure, implement, customize, and support SAP modules based on business needs.
Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and functional requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution design.
Develop functional and technical specifications for SAP enhancements and integrations.
Collaborate with development teams to support SAP ABAP, integrations, interfaces, reports, and custom developments.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.
Configure SAP systems and ensure alignment with organizational business processes.
Troubleshoot SAP issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
Perform system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
Prepare functional documentation, process documentation, test scripts, user manuals, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Operations.
Support SAP data migration, master data management, system integration, and data validation activities.
Ensure SAP solutions comply with business policies, security requirements, governance standards, and applicable regulations.
Provide user support, training, knowledge transfer, and continuous SAP process improvement.
Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 1–20 years of relevant SAP experience, depending on the role and country.
English communication skills.
