Role Description This full-time, on-site Production Staff role is based in Jaipur and involves supporting daily manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include assisting with production planning activities, operating machinery and equipment as trained, and monitoring product quality during each stage of production. The role also involves following established safety protocols, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and completing production documentation accurately. Production Staff collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet output targets, resolve basic issues on the line, and participate in training initiatives to improve skills and performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to support efficient scheduling and workflow.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors on daily tasks and issues.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to inspect products, follow standards, and report defects promptly.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn standard operating procedures and help onboard new team members when needed.
Basic technical aptitude and comfort working with production machinery and tools.
Ability to stand for extended periods, follow safety guidelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in manufacturing or production operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
