Location:* Guindy, Chennai (WFO) | *Exp:* Min 2 Years | *Salary:* Rs. 25,000 - 30,000

Leading HVAC Projects Company handling Commercial, Industrial, Hospital & IT Park projects is hiring a HVAC Design Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting & piping drawings - Shop & GFC drawings in AutoCAD & Revit MEP
Perform cooling / heating load calculations - HAP / E20 as per ASHRAE - Heat load mandatory
Equipment selection - AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF / VRV, Pumps, Fans
Prepare BOQ, technical submittals & material take-offs for tenders
Coordinate with project & site teams for design clarifications & site issues
Ensure compliance with NBC, ISHRAE, ASHRAE & local codes
Review vendor drawings & support procurement
Mandatory Requirements
B.E / http://B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical with HVAC certification - ISHRAE cert is a plus
Min 2 years in HVAC design for commercial / hospital / IT park projects - Portfolio must
Software: AutoCAD - Mandatory, Revit MEP - Mandatory, HAP - Mandatory. Navisworks / Trace 700 is a plus
Strong knowledge of psychrometrics, duct design, pipe sizing, static pressure calculations
Must be based in Chennai - Candidates near Guindy, Velachery, Saidapet, Alandur preferred
