Leading Healthcare / Health-tech Company, Chennai is hiring an MBA Fresher to work directly with the Founder.

What You'll Do
Drive execution on Founder's key initiatives - Break ideas into tasks, track & close - End-to-end ownership
Coordinate across internal teams, external partners, vendors & investors
Build systems for project management, workflows & accountability
Prepare meeting notes, decks, memos & research summaries for founder decisions
Market research, competitor analysis & healthcare trends analysis
Use AI tools - Claude, Cowork, Claude Code etc. to automate manual work & streamline workflows
Who Can Apply - Mandatory
MBA - 0-1 Year - Full-time preferred - Any specialization - Ops / Strategy / Healthcare / Marketing
Strong organizational & project management skills - Can handle multiple projects
Multi-stakeholder management - Startup internship counts
Clear, direct writing - Excellent English communication
High ownership, attention to detail, self-starter & can maintain confidentiality
Big Plus
Experience with Claude, Cowork, Claude Code - AI-first candidate preferred
Comfort with Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello
Startup / Scale-up experience - Internship / Full-time
Interest in Healthcare / Health-tech
