Visual Designer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can take an idea, a brief, or a messy piece of content and turn it into thoughtful, engaging visual communication.
You’ll work across a broad range of creative projects, including presentations, business communications, marketing collateral, infographics, digital assets, and other visual deliverables. The work can vary significantly from project to project, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable adapting their design approach to different audiences, brands, formats, and objectives.
This role is not just about execution. You should be able to understand what a brief is trying to achieve, develop a strong visual direction, and take the work through to a polished final output.
You’ll work closely with Senior Designers, Lead Designers, and the onshore team, contributing to creative discussions, developing design solutions, and refining work based on feedback.
What You’ll Be Working On
Working across a variety of creative deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, reports, advertisements, social media content, document recreation, digital communications, infographics, and video-related design work
Taking existing content, reference designs, PDFs, briefs, or rough concepts and translating them into accurate, polished, and visually engaging final outputs
Developing layouts and visual treatments that make content easier to understand while staying aligned with the brand and the intended communication
Working across PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools depending on the requirements of the project
Handling both creative design work and detailed production work, with the ability to switch between concept development and precise execution
Working on projects that range from straightforward adaptations to more complex design challenges requiring creative problem-solving
Managing multiple projects and quick-turnaround requests in a high-volume environment
Working closely with Senior Designers, Lead Designers, and the onshore team to understand requirements, develop design solutions, incorporate feedback, and deliver the final work
What Makes You a Good Fit
4–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, communication design, or a similar field
Strong hands-on experience across graphic design and presentation design, with the ability to work confidently across different types of creative deliverables
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, including the ability to create polished and visually engaging presentations
Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour, imagery, and visual hierarchy
Ability to take a brief, existing content, reference material, or rough design and translate it into a strong final output
Good eye for detail, consistency, spacing, alignment, and overall visual quality
Ability to work across both creative and production-focused assignments, depending on the project requirement
Comfortable handling multiple projects, revisions, and tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
Able to work effectively with Senior Designers, Lead Designers, and the onshore team
Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly while maintaining the quality and intent of the design
A portfolio that demonstrates strong graphic design, presentation design, and a range of business communication work
