Business Development Executive

Industry Preference: Electrical / Switchgear / Construction / MEP / Building Products
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with Electrical Consultants, MEP Consultants, Architects, PMCs, and Government Consultants in Pune and nearby regions.
Obtain consultant approvals for the company's electrical switchgear and allied products.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to consultants and project stakeholders.
Ensure inclusion of company products in project specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
Track upcoming commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects through consultants.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert approved specifications into business orders.
Maintain a database of consultants, approvals, project pipelines, and visit reports.
Regularly visit consultant offices and project sites to strengthen business relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly consultant approval and project conversion targets.
Good knowledge of LV Switchgear, Switchboards, MCCBs, MCBs, ACBs, Changeover Switches, ATS, and related electrical products.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with consultants and influencers.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and nearby locations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
