Role Description The G-Card Holder is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi. The role involves overseeing documentation and processes related to customs and cargo handling, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational procedures. Day-to-day tasks typically include preparing and verifying shipping and customs documents, coordinating with clients, port and customs officials, and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting. The G-Card Holder is expected to monitor shipment status, resolve basic operational issues, and support timely clearance and movement of goods. The role requires consistent on-site presence, attention to detail, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience with customs procedures, cargo handling, and regulatory documentation for import/export operations.
Strong attention to detail, record-keeping capabilities, and familiarity with basic compliance or audit requirements.
Effective communication and coordination skills for working with customs officials, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Ability to work full time on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and manage time-sensitive, process-driven tasks.
Basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and documentation tools; familiarity with logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.
Previous experience in logistics, customs clearance, shipping, or related fields mandatory.
Relevant certification or authorization as a G-Card Holder, in line with local customs and port requirements.
