Role Description The HR Executive role is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day human resources activities across the company. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and maintenance of employee records. This role will help implement and update HR policies, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and support performance management processes. The HR Executive will handle employee relations matters, respond to HR queries, and promote a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with NorthConti’s values. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and HR-related reporting.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core people processes and support organizational goals.
Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR systems or HRIS tools.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices to maintain a fair, consistent, and legally compliant work environment.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, mediate issues, and foster a respectful, inclusive workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate across teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Familiarity with digital or marketing industry settings is beneficial, along with experience in supporting distributed or remote teams.
