Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a high-performance, inclusive work culture. This role manages core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management support, and offboarding, ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures. The Human Resources Executive handles employee relations matters, addresses inquiries, and partners with leadership to resolve issues in a fair and compliant manner. Daily tasks include maintaining HR documentation and HRIS records, coordinating payroll and benefits data with relevant stakeholders, and supporting training and development initiatives. The role also contributes to HR policy improvement, supports organizational planning, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with NorthConti’s strategic growth objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end HR functions.
Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including managing HR processes, documentation, and HR systems or HRIS tools.
Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Candidates should possess HR Policies expertise, including developing, implementing, and updating policies in line with legal and best-practice standards.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
Experience in digital marketing or branding environments and familiarity with remote and distributed teams are beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
