Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 8+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with proven experience managing multi-location or PAN-India operations end-to-end — warehousing, inventory, logistics, transportation, and distribution.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have owned and managed the operational P&L — budgeting, cost optimization, and productivity improvements

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience developing and implementing warehouse and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience driving process improvements through SOPs, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience managing logistics partners, vendors, and service providers for service quality and cost efficiency.

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience ensuring accurate inventory management, stock control, and timely order fulfillment.

Mandatory (Tech skill): Must have experience with inventory management systems and ERP/WMS.

Mandatory (Team Management): Must have strong leadership experience — leading, mentoring, and developing warehouse/operations teams across multiple locations
