Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of total experience in product development, with at least 2+ years in the beauty / personal care / skincare / cosmetics industry (brand or manufacturing unit).

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have end-to-end experience across product ideation, formulation, development, testing, vendor coordination, commercialisation, and launch.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience collaborating with formulation partners and third-party manufacturers to develop, test, and refine product samples.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience leading product trials, testing cycles, and quality enhancements, while managing timelines, costing, and production readiness.

Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have a strong understanding of product lifecycle, formulations, manufacturing processes, and beauty & personal care trends, consumer insights, ingredients, and innovations.

Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have experience with packaging development — evaluating materials, aesthetics, and cost efficiency, and working with packaging vendors through sampling and finalization.

Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with sourcing, marketing, design, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.
