INTERIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Role Description The Interior Quantity Surveyor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimating and analyzing interior project costs, and assisting in budget preparation for residential and commercial interiors. The Interior Quantity Surveyor will track project expenses, monitor cost variations, and support cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams, verifying measurements, preparing cost reports, and supporting negotiations with vendors and contractors. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards, and contributing to timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Cost Control and Cost Management for interior projects.
Candidates should possess skills in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and measurement verification.
Candidates should possess skills in Cost Planning, budgeting, and forecast analysis.
Candidates should possess skills in Cost Reporting, documentation, and variance tracking.
Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior or construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying or estimating software.
Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
A diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
