Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong consulting background to join our team. The candidate should possess in-depth process knowledge in P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), R2R (Record to Report), and S2C (Source to Contract) with at least one core domain expertise. Familiarity with technologies such as process mining and intelligent automation is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze business processes to uncover automation opportunities.
Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and systems to determine areas for improvement.
Evaluate the potential ROI of proposed automation initiatives and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Develop detailed business analysis documentation, including process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive consensus and gather feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and automation technologies.
Support the implementation of automation solutions and monitor their effectiveness post-deployment.
