Hiring: Manager – Financial Reporting & Accounting
Contract - 6-9 months
Location: Gurugram
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 3-8 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting, with strong exposure to Ind AS, IFRS, and standalone & consolidated financial statements.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and publish monthly financial statements as per Group timelines
Lead month-end closing and variance analysis
Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, and detailed commentary
Prepare quarterly/yearly Board presentations
Manage standalone and consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations
Coordinate regulatory and Group reporting
Work closely with external, internal, and cost auditors
Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow in coordination with Treasury
Ensure timely closure of General Ledger accounting activities
What we're looking for:
Qualified CA with 3–8 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Ind AS, IFRS, and financial reporting
Knowledge of SEBI LODR and Companies Act requirements
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA – FICO module
Strong accounting systems and reporting skills
Experience in financial statement preparation and consolidation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
The role involves working closely with Finance leadership, business teams, regional/global teams, auditors, and external consultants.
