Hiring: Interim – Head of Treasury
Gurgaon | 6–12 months | Contract
We are looking for an experienced Treasury Head / Senior Treasury Leader to provide maternity cover on a time-bound basis.
Key responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day treasury operations and ensure business continuity
Drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital initiatives
Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financial instruments
Ensure strong treasury controls, governance, and compliance
Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Business teams
Lead the existing treasury team and ensure a smooth handover
What we're looking for:
MBA / advanced degree in Finance or equivalent
3+ years as Head of Treasury or in an equivalent senior treasury role
Strong hands-on treasury operations experience
Solid experience in cash management, liquidity, banking, and credit facilities
Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
FP&A experience would be an advantage
Comfortable stepping into a role quickly and operating in a fast-paced environment
